End of Nations Closed Beta

Well the 4th and final closed beta for End of Nations was this past weekend and it was a blast.
Every map was opened and the PvP was out of this world for this RTS game. If you have not seen it i think you should if you love PvP and RTS game.
Just think of a PvP with 28 players on each side, it's crazy.I mean you have everything from air to ground.
I have been in this testing from the Alpha testing and there not leavening anything out of this RTS war game.
If you need to have a look for yourself  End of Nations

Gamer's Life

A gamers life is not all games and play. When it comes to game testing you dont just get to play a game. There are many other things that must be done.
In game testing, the primary consideration is how others would experience the game. If a normal player encounters a bug in a certain game, the player might give it relatively little attention and then move on (since more often than not, players mostly care about how they could progress through a game). Game testers on the other hand will explore every possible way to reproduce this bug and examine how the bug affects other parts of the game

Realistic hourly wage for beginner video game testers is between $10 and $20. There are many websites that are suggesting an $100 hourly rate for game testers. This is possible for video game testers with five or more years of experience in video game industry. If you want to make a living of this profession you will be working long hours. Work weeks of 90 hours are common and you can expect working 13 hours a day. Though, for pro gamers this is not something new.

Video Game Tester salary is almost always calculated as a hourly rate.  High competition for video game tester jobs keeps the wages down.  Although, some jobs take a long time to be completed and you can make a fortune.  The disadvantage  of hourly rate is that there are not always games to test and you will be waiting weeks or even months between jobs. This can be avoided if you manage to get hired by a large video game publisher.
